Controller and contact
The controller is Studio Prata Maciej Trocewicz, Artyleryjska 20, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, Poland. Our publisher name is studioprata.pl. For game support and privacy requests, contact app@studioprata.pl.
Children, teenagers and age choices
The game is intended for children aged 9 and above, teenagers and adults. Players can use all challenges, EXPERT and local records without using online services. Before accessing the rankings panel, we ask for an age group, not a date of birth. The choice is not saved to disk or transmitted. Only temporary eligibility is held in memory for the current session.
Players under 18 and players who decline to give an age group remain in local mode. Ranking requests, guest account creation and score uploads are blocked in that mode. Adults must separately enable online rankings. Going to the background or restarting the app turns online off and clears eligibility; the next player must make their own choice. An adult's stored guest login is not used automatically. Parents or guardians can contact us to request deletion of a child's online data from an earlier test version.
Data on your device
The game stores personal bests, round and false-start counts, limited gameplay history and game settings. These local records are shared by people using the same installation. An adult who enables online rankings also has a guest login and a pending-score queue on the device. Clearing app data may remove records and access to that guest account. There is no account transfer or recovery feature.
Optional online data
After an adult enables online, Unity services receive a player and round identifier, challenge and rules version, elapsed time and score, outcome such as a false start, incorrect memory sequence or timeout, and completion date. MEMORY SEQUENCE also sends the shown pattern and order of tapped pads so the server can check the result. Other players see leaderboard positions, scores and shortened player identifiers. Names and email addresses are not required for a guest profile. EXPERT records, MEMORY SEQUENCE levels 2–10 and HIT THE ZONE levels 2–10 remain local. Only the original first-level challenges have online rankings.
We use these data to provide the requested rankings and statistics. Earlier offline rounds are not uploaded when online is enabled. Turning online off or leaving the app stops future uploads and clears pending uploads; it does not delete results already received by the server. Account deletion is a separate action.
Purposes and legal bases
We process the guest account, scores and statistics to provide the optional ranking service the adult player requests, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Providing these data is voluntary but necessary for that service. Local gameplay does not require participation.
Connection security, abuse prevention, preventing deleted data from being restored, and ordinary correspondence rely on our legitimate interests in a secure service and responding to requests, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Handling statutory privacy requests relies on legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).
Providers and technical information
We use Unity Authentication, Cloud Code, Cloud Save and Leaderboards. Service connections involve technical data, including IP addresses and logs. See Unity's privacy policy and Unity's Data Processing Addendum. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Unity's terms provide for standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers to countries without an adequacy decision. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
The website uses Cloudflare hosting and infrastructure. Hosting providers process connection data necessary to deliver and secure the website. We have not added advertising, analytics or tracking forms to the site. Email providers handle correspondence; emailing us discloses the sender's address and message. The game has no ads, purchases or chat and does not request contacts, camera or location access. Automatic Unity Engine Diagnostics is disabled in this release.
Retention
Local records remain until app data are cleared. Online records and statistics remain until account deletion; disabling online does not delete them. The upload queue is limited to 200 rounds and is cleared when online is disabled or the app goes to the background. The server rejects results older than 24 hours; that limit is not a deletion deadline for previously accepted records.
After account deletion, a minimal marker linked to the player ID prevents old requests from restoring data. It contains no scores or round history. It remains while delayed requests or unresolved writes could recreate deleted data, and must be removed when that risk ends, or at the latest when the service capable of writing those data is permanently shut down. Removal is currently reviewed and performed by the administrator, not automatically. Contact us about this marker or to object to its retention. Providers retain technical logs and backups according to their security and operational needs; deletion does not immediately remove every provider log or backup.
Correspondence is retained while the request is handled and subsequently only as needed to demonstrate its handling, meet a legal duty, or establish, exercise or defend a specific claim, until that need or the applicable limitation period ends. We do not use correspondence for marketing.
Deleting an account
An adult can open RANKINGS & STATS, answer the age-group question, choose DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT and confirm. Enabling new score uploads is not required. This deletes the guest authentication account, leaderboard entries and linked statistics. Local practice records remain. If the game cannot confirm deletion, it shows an error and allows a retry. You can also use our account deletion instructions, including without access to the app. Parents and guardians can contact us for help.
Your rights
Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Send requests to app@studioprata.pl. We may need information to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or session tokens; a public shortened player identifier alone is not proof of ownership.
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where the law permits an extension due to complexity or the number of requests, we explain it within that period.
Other information
We do not make solely automated decisions about players with legal or similarly significant effects. Leaderboard positions are calculated from game scores. We update this policy when features or data practices change and display the revision date here.
