Request deletion by email

Email app@studioprata.pl and say that you want to delete your 99% FAIL guest account. Include a player identifier if you have it, and whether you can still access the game. You can request deletion after uninstalling; parents and guardians can also contact us about a child's data.

Guest accounts are not linked to an email address. We may ask for information to locate the account and verify ownership. Do not send passwords, session tokens or signing keys. A public leaderboard identifier alone is not proof of ownership. Do not reinstall the app to try to recover a lost guest login.

Delete directly in the game

1. Connect to the internet and open RANKINGS & STATS.
2. In version 1.3.0, an adult answers the age-group question to access account controls. There is no need to enable new score uploads.
3. Choose DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT and confirm.

If deletion cannot be confirmed, retry later or contact us. Younger players can ask a parent or guardian to use the email route without giving a false age.

What is deleted

The guest authentication account, leaderboard entries and linked statistics are deleted. Local practice records remain until app data are cleared. A minimal player-ID marker remains temporarily to prevent old requests from restoring deleted data; it contains no scores or round history. The administrator currently reviews and removes it when no longer needed. See our privacy policy for retention details.

An email request is not instantaneous automatic deletion. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and notify you within that period of any legally permitted extension.
